We offer boutique rooms and suites in various categories – from single rooms to spacious suites, some with a balcony or terrace. You can find more information on our website hubertushof.co.at.

The Boutiquehotel Hubertushof is located in the center of Bad Ischl, in Götzstraße 1, right next to the entrance to the Kaiservilla.
Thanks to its central location, you can easily reach the city center, sights and numerous restaurants and stores on foot in just a few minutes.What makes the hotel stand out?

Which nationalities stay at Hubertushof?
Mainly international guests from the EU (e.g. Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy), but also from the USA, China, South Korea, Switzerland and Russia, etc… Every guest is warmly WELCOME and can be pampered here at the Hubertushof.
Are children welcome in the hotel?
Yes, children are very welcome.
Can I purchase gift vouchers?
Yes, they are available at reception. We are also happy to send them by post.

Is there a reception or a reception desk?
Yes, our reception is open daily from 8 am to 7 pm.
You can reach us by phone around the clock.When can I check in?
Check-in is possible from 15:00. Late arrivals after 7 pm are possible via a key safe (rear entrance). Please inform us at the time of booking if you expect to arrive after 19:00.
By when do I have to check out?
Check-out is no later than 10:30 am on the day of departure.
Can I request an earlier check-in or a late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability. Please enquire during reception hours.
Is there a left-luggage office before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we will be happy to store your luggage safely for you.
Arrival, parking & bicycles
How far is the Bad Ischl train station from the hotel?
The train station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. You can easily reach us on foot or by cab.
Is parking available at the accommodation?
Yes, there are parking spaces right next to the hotel, subject to availability. If none are available, there is a public parking lot directly behind the hotel.
How much does the public parking lot cost?
12 euros per 24 hours.
As a hotel guest, you can buy a parking ticket at reception using a QR code, which allows you to enter and exit the car park as you wish.Can I reserve a parking space in advance?
No, unfortunately reservations are not possible.
Is there a charging facility for electric cars?
Yes, there are several public e-charging stations in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Is there a bicycle garage or bicycle rental?
Yes, we offer secure storage facilities for bicycles.
E-bikes can be charged directly in the hotel garage.

Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Yes, our boutique hotel has an elevator with which you can easily reach most of our rooms. If you have limited mobility, please let us know at the time of booking.
How are the rooms furnished?
All modern rooms have wooden floors, hotel cosmetics, hairdryer, cable TV, safe, minibar, shoehorn, slippers and kettle.
Is there WLAN in the rooms?
Yes, there is free, fast WLAN throughout the hotel.
Is there a workstation in the rooms?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a desk.
Are there rooms with a balcony or terrace?
Yes, some of our rooms and suites have a balcony or terrace. Please let us know your preference when booking.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small and medium-sized dogs are welcome (€ 18 per night).
Please inform the reception when booking!
If your dog jumps into the bed, we unfortunately have to charge 80 € cleaning fee for the mattress, as there are guests with dog allergies!
Other animals and large dogs are not allowed.Are there rooms for allergy sufferers?
Yes, the hotel has special rooms for allergy sufferers.
What is the hotel's sustainability concept?
Sustainability is not a trend for us, but an integral part of our everyday hotel life.
We actively contribute to environmental protection with various measures:- Room cleaning on request: Our rooms are cleaned daily as standard. If you would like to do without daily cleaning for the sake of the environment, just let us know – we look forward to your support.
- Travel by public transport: Guests who arrive by bus or train and present a valid ticket will receive a 10% discount on their next stay with us – as a small thank you for environmentally conscious travel.
- Resource-saving cleaning: Thanks to modern dry cleaning, we save around 50% on cleaning chemicals. This method is not only more efficient, but also more hygienic and environmentally friendly.
- Thinking plastic-free: Wherever possible, we avoid single-use plastic and instead rely on sustainable alternatives such as glass containers or reusable materials.
- Efficient waste separation: Waste avoidance and separation are very important to us. With the help of our waste compactor, we have been able to significantly reduce the volume of waste and optimize disposal.
Is there a wellness area?
Yes, there is a small spa with indoor pool, sauna, tea corner and loungers. Massages can be booked at reception.
Is there an outdoor pool at the hotel?
In summer, our hotel guests can use the park pool/outdoor pool right next to the hotel entrance free of charge. A sun lounger is also provided as a service.
Do I have to reserve the spa area in advance?
No, the spa area is free to use daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you would like to use the sauna, please let reception know as it takes about 30 minutes to heat up. For ecological reasons, the sauna is not kept permanently in operation.
Are towels and bathrobes available for the spa area?
Yes, towels and bathrobes are available free of charge and can be collected from reception.
Is there a fitness room?
In the immediate vicinity there is a newly opened fitness studio with modern equipment (for a fee).
Is there an outdoor pool or a spa?
Yes, our guests enjoy free admission to the Parkbad pool right next to the hotel in summer. The Eurotherme with its large sauna world is only about 200 meters away. Spa tickets are available at reception at a discount of approx. 10% compared to the spa itself.
Are there extra beds or baby cribs?
Yes, on request and subject to availability (for a fee).
Surroundings & leisure
Is there a guest card with discounts?
Yes, from 3 nights in summer and from 2 nights in winter you will receive the Salzkammergut Card with discounts for many sights in the region.
What attractions are there nearby?
In the immediate vicinity of our hotel you will find numerous sights, including the historic Kaiservilla, the Kongress- & Theaterhaus, Leharmuseum, Lehartheater and the famous Café Zauner. Bad Ischl is also an ideal starting point for exploring the picturesque surroundings of the Salzkammergut with Lake Wolfgangsee, Hallstatt and the Dachstein region.
What can you do in summer?
The region offers numerous leisure activities in summer: Picturesque lakes, rivers and streams invite you to swim and relax. The surrounding alpine pastures are ideal for hiking, cycling and mountaineering – perfect for nature lovers and active vacationers.
Several idyllic walks start directly at the hotel, for example to Jainzen, Empress Sisi’s favorite mountain. The Siriuskogel and the Rettenbachalm were also popular excursion destinations for the empress and are still wonderful to hike today.
Another worthwhile destination is the Tolerance Trail in Bad Goisern, which delights visitors with its history and beautiful views. The Katrin – the “heart mountain” of Bad Ischl – can be reached on foot or by cable car all year round. A fantastic panoramic view over the lake landscape of the Salzkammergut awaits you at the top, as well as culinary delights in the cozy Katrinhütte.
Bad Ischl also has a lot to offer culturally: The renowned Lehár Festival, diverse exhibitions and numerous events ensure a varied annual program.
What can you do in winter or during Advent?
The town offers a wonderful Advent market and stalls as well as a cultural winter program. There are also several ski areas in the immediate vicinity. You can go skiing, ski hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing nearby.
Where can you go hiking or mountaineering in the area?
There are numerous hiking and mountain tours for all levels around Bad Ischl. Popular destinations include the Hohe Schrott, the Schafberg, the Bleckwand, the Wildenkogel and the Vormauer. The Ischlerhütte, the Rettenbachalm and the Dachstein also offer impressive tours amidst the mountains of the Salzkammergut. Whether a leisurely alpine hike or a challenging summit tour – there is something for everyone here.
What does the area around the hotel offer for cyclists, e-bikers and mountain bikers?
The area surrounding the boutique hotel Bad Ischl offers e-bikers and cyclists well-developed cycle paths, wonderful lake routes and alpine routes in the inner Salzkammergut.
There is a bicycle garage in the hotel where you can also charge your e-bike. There is also a bike rental service in the immediate vicinity.Is there a golf course nearby?
Yes, nearby is the 18-hole golf course of the Salzkammergut Golf Club, idyllically situated between Bad Ischl and St. Wolfgang. In addition, the renowned Laimer Golf School offers professional golf courses for beginners and advanced players all year round.
