Reception
We are there for you every day from 08:00 to 19:00.
In the evening we ask you to take your room key with you, as our reception is not manned.
However, you can enter the hotel in the evening/night hours via the rear entrance (directly by the parking lot).

Breakfast
You can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet with regional products daily from 07:00 to 10:00 a.m. to get your day off to a good start.
Restaurant
You are welcome to dine from Tuesday to Saturday (11:30 to 13:45, 17:30 – 20:45 ) and Sunday (11:30 to 14:00 – restaurant closed from 15:00) – On Monday we are also allowed to relax and therefore our restaurant is closed (breakfast as usual).

Pets
Of course, your pets can also stay with us…
However, pets are not permitted in the wellness area and at breakfast in the buffet room.
In the restaurants, we ask you to keep your pets on a leash so that no guest or our service staff are disturbed.
As we offer a buffet breakfast, please do not bring your pet with you.
We charge as follows: Per day without food: EUR 18.00
Please do not let your dog into your bed or onto chairs or benches!
Otherwise we have to charge € 60,– for the special cleaning.

Our reception team will of course be happy to help you organize your free time to make your stay in Bad Ischl an unforgettable experience. Information material and brochures are available for you at our hotel reception.

Please ask at reception for information about Catholic and Protestant masses and services.
Drinking water
The best, fresh mountain spring water flows from all our pipes, which you can drink without hesitation.
In conclusion...
Some defects in the rooms or in the public areas are not immediately recognizable – please let us know so that we can rectify them as quickly as possible.
We are not only grateful for positive feedback, but also for criticism – we too can constantly improve for the well-being of our guests. We always have an open ear for your wishes and concerns if something doesn’t quite work out. Just let us know at reception!
