Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for fulfilment of contract) of the DSGVO. The persons of Hubertus Hotelbetriebs GmbH and Hubertushof Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH involved in the handling and the process have access to the data disclosed and have password-protected access.

a) Scope of stored data
In principle, the principle of data economy is applied. Therefore only those data are collected, stored and processed which are actually relevant or necessary for the activity and the purpose of the company or which are required in order to fulfil our legal or contractual obligations. Essentially, we store and process the following personal data: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address, special room request, date of birth.

b) Origin of data
We mainly work with data that you provide to us yourself. This can be done, for example, by e-mail, on a business card, via a contact form, correspondence, telephone calls or in other ways. In order to guarantee your security and confidentiality, all the information you provide when filling in the online forms is automatically encrypted and protected during transmission over the network. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. As soon as the information reaches our server, it is decrypted with an individual key. SSL enables your browser to establish a secure connection with our website. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Our website uses so-called cookies to offer you a user-friendly service. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. These do not cause any damage.
