We love Austrian cuisine, especially its special Salzkammergut flavour, as we know it from our grandmothers. Pure, if possible with products from our region, fresh and without frills.
Our role model is the legendary cook Franzi, Mrs. Franziska Mühlböck, who has swung the cooking spoon here in the Hubertushof in the 70s and 80s for more than 20 years. Her recipes, and above all her good spirit are still the basis of our cuisine today.
Which is often overlooked: Here in the Salzkammergut, vegetarian cooking has always been used alongside meat, game and fish, and we continue to do so today.
Our service team is looking forward to your wishes; ask what has just come into our house fresh and up-to-date from our farmers and hunters and is not on the menu.
